We're back...

A new way to get exercise, have fun and let that pram or pushchair make new friends too. Fun and fresh air at Ridgeway Park.

You can enrol for this group at our Reception Desk in the Centre from 11.00am onwards. 

When we start, you can meet us with your pram at the main entrance of Ridgeway Park Children Centre at 11.15am sharp!  

Remember to wear sensible footwear - and bring a bottle of water too if you can.

Do seek the advice of your doctor if you are worried about your ability to take part in this group.

Don't forget the children too.

If you are late don't worry as you can catch up with the group in the park.  You can find us by following our trail into the next door park.

The class runs until 12.00 and finishes up in our Ridgeway Perk Cafe for a much deserved drink and a rest.
