A report on our
Open Day event
Held on 27th March 2008
On Thursday 27 March
between1.30 – 3.00
we held an Open Day
at our Centre.
We had loads of activities
and thank you to everyone
who came to see us.
Visitors included...
- His Worship the Mayor of Waltham Forest Cllr. Liaquat Ali
- Gilberto Da Silva Melo, from Tottenham Hotspur Football Club
- Scott Gregory, from Chingford, who is a prospective trampoline competitor for the London Olympics in 2012.

We are now officially open!
Scott performed an impressive trampoline display in our gym.
Our toddler drop in group ran healthy lifestyle activities and our popular baby massage class was well attended.
At the end of the tour visitors had the opportunity to play table football, pool and use our Wii on the interactive screen in our café.
The café served free light refreshments throughout the event.
The Worship the Mayor formally declared the Centre open and Gilberto presented Emma Evans with the Best Shot Shield.
A big thank you to all our visitors, children, parents, carers, staff, partners and volunteers who supported us on the day.
It was hard work but we had a great time...see you soon.
