Ridgeway Cafe News...

Our cafe will be providing support and advice on feeding babies for all mums at the centre.

We hope that by providing a comfortable place for mums to meet and socialise with specialist advice on hand from our midwife, Rosemeen Stevenson, mums will have the confidence and support they need to care for their babies.

No appointments will be necessary, simply come along and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere, grab a coffee and chat with other parents.

Real Meals for Kids

Devised by the Nutrition Foundation and published by the Department for Children, Schools and Families, these great recipes and meal ideas are targeted at helping children 11 years old and above to learn cooking skills.

They are great - but are also super ideas for quick nutritious meals for parents and carers too.

There are 32 recipes in the book - all endorsed by celebrity chef Phil Vickery. The recipes were all chosen by children.
